Job Description

Job Role:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative at Funcity Aparna Neo Mall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers professionally
  • Handle game card sales and customer queries
  • Ensure smooth customer experience at the store
  • Maintain grooming and company SOP standards
  • Support store operations and promotional activities

Eligibility:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
  • Retail, hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry experience preferred
