Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer queries efficiently, provide timely solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem-solving

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a team environment
• Prior experience in customer support is an added advantage

Working Hours:

• 5 days a week (Rotational shifts if applicable)
