Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Support & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries and providing general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues, escalations, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product/service information and troubleshoot basic problems
- Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant teams
Administrative Support:
- Manage office correspondence (emails, mailings, and phone messages)
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Location: Hyderabad (6‑day work week)
Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
