Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Voice – Inbound Process)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Freshers to 1+ Year
Salary: 2.0LPA TO 3.0LPA

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Raise and track tickets using internal ticketing tools.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
