💰 Salary:
- Semi Voice Process: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand
- Voice Process: ₹13,000 – ₹17,500 In-Hand
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call quality and update customer information in the system.
- Follow company guidelines while handling customer interactions.
- EligibilitySemi Voice Process: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- Voice Process: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Fluent in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willing to work in Rotational Shifts and Rotational Week-Offs.
