Job Description: Field Office Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Field Office Supervisor to oversee field operations, employee records management, attendance monitoring, and workforce coordination. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee File & Documentation Management
- Maintain and update comprehensive Field Officers' & Labourers' files and records.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Verify and track statutory and compliance-related documents.
2. Data Management
- Update and maintain detailed information for employees and laborers in Excel, including names, mobile numbers, Aadhaar numbers, emergency contacts, and bank details.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding and record updates.
3. Attendance & Shift Monitoring
- Monitor daily login and logout timings for Field Officers and laborers.
- Track attendance, late arrivals, absenteeism, and shift adherence.
- Generate and share attendance and counter-file reports with management as required.
- Ensure all field staff attend assigned calls and duties punctually.
4. Field Workforce Coordination
- Manage the allocation of Field Officers and labor workforce.
- Plan manpower deployment based on daily workload, shift requirements, and operational priorities.
- Monitor the productivity and attendance of all field staff.
5. Labor Management
- Source and arrange additional labor resources as operational requirements increase.
- Maintain a pool of reliable and skilled workers.
- Focus on recruiting and retaining permanent employees.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations for manpower planning as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of HRMS.
- Proven ability in attendance and records management.
- Strong problem-solving and workforce planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet operational targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree in any discipline preferred.
- Open to Interns, Freshers, or experienced candidates in Field Supervision Management.
- Prior experience handling FO & labor teams and attendance management is an advantage.
Reporting Structure & Location
- Reporting To: Operations Manager / City Head Operations.
- Working Location: Head Office, Hyderabad.(Madhapur)
- Periodic interaction with and support for teams in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune may be required.
