Role Description-
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at MedDirect Services Private Limited in Mumbai, Hyderabad. Our Company belongs to the Healthcare and Medical Industry. We are into the Inbound or outbound domestic voice process. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, appointments booking (on call), ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, providing customer service, and technical support on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications -
Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Online Support skills
Customer Service and Technical Support skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem solve and multitask effectively
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Minimum qualification is Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Languages-
Good Communication skills in English with any Regional language (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada).
Timings-
Rotational shifts (08.00am-05.00pm, 07.00am- 04.00pm for females & 2pm-11pm, 3pm-12am for male) with Rotational week offs (Week off preferences is there if you have any preferences you can ask to your respective Team leader before the roaster publishing).
Salary - Best in Industry (On the basis of your communication skills and experience).
Location- Noble chambers, Road no- 11, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana-500034
Joining Status- Immediate Joiner (Training will be provided).
