Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Customer Support Executive role.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing information about products/services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:•
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
• Maintain customer records
