Job Description
Process Type: Inbound Voice/Non Voice (Customer Support/Chat Process)
Qualification: Intermediate & Above Languages Required: English & Hindi (Regional language proficiency preferred)
Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 rotational week off
Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
· Clarify customer queries and determine appropriate solutions.
· Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
· Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department when needed.
· Complete transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
· Cross-sell suitable banking products based on customer requirements
