WhatsApp Chat Support Executive – Job Description

Role Overview: A WhatsApp Chat Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers through WhatsApp by answering queries, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and policies.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
