Job Overview


HextGen is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth support experience.


Key Responsibilities


Communicate with customers via calls, chats, or emails

Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions

Record and track customer issues using basic software tools

Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary


Requirements


Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi

Good typing skills and familiarity with common software/tools(Excel, Canva, etc)

Prior experience in customer support is a plus (not mandatory)

Must have a personal laptop
