Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Data Entry Operator to manage and process customer orders received through multiple online sales channels, including Swiggy, Zomato, and international order platforms. The role involves accurately entering and processing orders in the company’s ERP system, maintaining data integrity, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders from Swiggy, Zomato, international platforms, and other sales channels.
• Accurately enter order details into the ERP system.
• Verify customer, product, pricing, and quantity details before processing orders.
• Create sales orders, invoices, and related documents in the ERP.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and update records in the ERP system.
• Resolve discrepancies related to orders, pricing, stock availability, and customer information.
• Maintain accurate master data for customers, products, and pricing whenever required.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly order reports.
• Ensure all transactions are completed within defined timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of business data.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock updates whenever required.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding order clarifications and urgent requirements.
• Perform any other ERP - related data management tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Diploma or certification in Computer Applications is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Good typing speed with excellent accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume order processing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good Team Player

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or operations.
• Experience handling online food delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato) and export/international orders will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent computer skills and ERP knowledge may also be considered.
