Data Entry Specialist

Skylinx Global Solutions is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry & Quality Control Operator to accurately enter, review, and validate data in our systems, ensuring high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, enter and update data from source documents into company application within set timelines.
• Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry, ensuring proper formatting and completeness as per instructions.
• Perform quality control checks on new and existing records, identifying errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information.
• Compare entered data with source documents and correct discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Apply validation rules, range checks, and cross‑field checks to ensure data accuracy and logical consistency.
• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and information security policies.

Required qualifications and skills

• Higher secondary / graduate degree in any discipline (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in data entry, data quality, or back‑office operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Good typing speed and proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and data entry software.
• Basic understanding of databases and data quality / validation concepts.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and meet daily or weekly productivity targets.
