Summary:
As a Data Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the stewardship of an organization's data assets to ensure their quality and compliance with established standards. This role includes designing and implementing comprehensive data strategies that uphold data integrity and enforce governance policies. The practitioner establishes and maintains protocols for managing data securely, protecting sensitive information, and optimizing the use of data across various departments. Additionally, they provide guidance on data quality rules and develop effective compliance policies to support organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management practices with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate data governance processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to build data management capabilities.
- Support the development and documentation of data management standards and procedures.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement data quality and compliance policies.
- Experience in developing secure data handling protocols.
- Familiarity with data integration and management tools within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
