Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure Databricks, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design, ensuring that all relevant components are effectively incorporated. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to maintain seamless integration between various systems and data models. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding the evolving data landscape and supporting the alignment of platform capabilities with organizational needs, fostering a cohesive and efficient data environment.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data platform components align with business requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data platform issues to maintain system reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and optimize data platform performance to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and data modeling concepts.
- Experience in managing and optimizing cloud-based data platforms.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices within data platforms.
- Ability to work with large-scale data processing and analytics frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
