Job Description
Instruction and Care: Develop and implement educational activities that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Safety and Supervision: Monitor children during play and activities, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure a secure environment.
Child Care Needs: Assist with basic needs, including feeding, potty training, diapering, and nap time routines.
Communication: Maintain open, daily communication with parents regarding children’s daily progress, behavioral issues, and achievements.
Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment that adheres to safety protocols.
Assessments: Evaluate children’s development to ensure they are reaching milestones and identify potential issues
