Job Summary
Potful India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience in food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality and maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Minimize food wastage and control inventory usage.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in a restaurant, QSR, or cloud kitchen.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary diploma/certification preferred.
