Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers to recover outstanding payments.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve collection targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
  • 1+ year of experience in Collections/Recovery preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Language Requirement

  • Fluent in Telugu & English OR Hindi & English.
