Job Description
Contact customers via phone regarding pending dues and overdue payments.
Follow up regularly to ensure timely payment collections.
Explain payment options and repayment schedules to customers.
Negotiate and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
Update collection status in the system after every call.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
