Delivery Boy — Milkcrop Dairy Farm (Hyderabad)Salary: ₹8,000/month · 1 paid leave allowed; extra leaves deducted per day

Timing: Early morning, ~4:30 AM start until the route is finished (usually by 7–8 AM)

Reports to: Delivery Manager (Dilkush)

What the job isDeliver fresh milk to assigned customers every morning, on time, in good condition — 7 days a week. Milk is a daily product; customers wait for it before work and school, so reliability is the whole job.

1. Daily dutiesCollect your day's milk packets from the hub and check the count/quality before leaving.
2. Deliver every packet on your route (your "belt") to the correct address before cutoff.
3. Report "Delivery Done" in the WhatsApp partners group the moment your route is complete — this is your daily attendance.
4. Collect payments from customers who pay cash/UPI, and report each one in the group (customer name + amount) so accounts stay clean.
5. Report problems immediately — a damaged/leaked packet, a customer not answering, a wrong/cancelled order, a cash shortage — with a photo if needed.
6. Handle the milk carefully — keep it cold, don't leave it in the sun, deliver leak-free.

• Rules & conductLeaves must be informed in advance in the group so a replacement can be arranged. 1 free leave/month; beyond that is deducted (₹8,000 ÷ 30 ≈ ₹267/day).
• Never no-show without notice — an unannounced absence leaves customers without milk and is treated seriously.
• Every rupee collected is reported and handed in — cash handling must be 100% honest and traceable.
• Be polite with customers — you are the face of Milkcrop at their door.
• Keep your assigned area, bike, and delivery bag in order.
• RequirementsOwn a two-wheeler with a valid licence (fuel is the boy's responsibility unless stated otherwise).
• Know the local area / able to follow map locations.
• Reachable on WhatsApp; can read/report in the group.
• Punctual, honest, and okay with early-morning, all-weather work.
• Physically able to carry crates and ride the full route daily.
• What "good" looks likeRoute done on time, every day, no missed customers.
• Zero cash discrepancies.
• Damages/cancellations reported same-morning, not hidden.
• Leaves planned, not surprise absences.
