About Alter Hub

Alter Hub is a doorstep garment alteration service. We collect garments from customers, bring them to our alteration studio, and deliver the altered garments back to customers.

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Executive with their own two-wheeler to handle daily pickups and deliveries within Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Pick up garments from customers' locations during the assigned time slot.
• Deliver garments safely to the Alter Hub studio.
• Deliver completed orders back to customers.
• Handle garments carefully and ensure they are not damaged during transit.
• Collect and verify customer details, order IDs, and delivery confirmations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding pickups, deliveries, and customer availability

Requirements

• Own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and possess a valid driving licence.
• Familiarity with Hyderabad routes and localities.
• Ability to use Google Maps and WhatsApp.
• Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly.
• Basic communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English.

Preferred Candidate

• Previous experience in delivery, courier, logistics, or field operations.
• Knowledge of areas such as Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur, Hitech City, Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Kukatpally, and surrounding localities.

Work Schedule

• Fixed daily shift (Morning or Evening Slot).
• Planned pickups and deliveries instead of food-delivery style rushing.
• Consistent daily work with a predictable schedule.
