Key Responsibilities
- Pick and Deliver: Collect grocery items from the BigBasket hub and deliver them safely to customers.
- Payment Collection: Collect cash-on-delivery payments and manage relevant paperwork.
- Customer Support: Proactively communicate with customers regarding delivery updates or delays.
- Vehicle & Route Management: Ensure the vehicle is maintained and use apps to navigate the fastest routes. Indeed +3

- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooty) with a valid driving license.
- Smartphone: A smartphone with an active internet connection.
