Job Description
Milkcrop is hiring a Delivery Operations Manager for our fresh milk delivery in Hyderabad.
You will OWN the morning — make sure every customer gets their milk by 7 AM, every single day.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
Shift: Early morning | Full-time | Immediate joining
What you'll manage:
• Make sure milk reaches every customer by 7 AM daily
• Manage and schedule 6+ delivery riders
• Always keep 2 backup riders ready so one absence never breaks a route
• Hire and train new riders fast when needed
• Send a short daily morning report — routes done, issues, fixes
You're a fit if you:
• Have managed delivery or field teams (milk, Swiggy, Zomato, courier, FMCG, e-commerce)
• Stay calm and solve problems at 5 AM
• Own a two-wheeler + smartphone
• Take full ownership — when something breaks, you fix it
