Job Summary –

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, backend development, and system design, with the ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.

Years of experience needed – 7years

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python (7+ years)
• Experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI
• Solid understanding of REST API development
• Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Python
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues
• Work with databases and ensure data integrity and performance
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions

Process Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Behavioral Skills:

• Resolve issues of projects and explore to alternate designs
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification:

• Any relevant certification would be added advantage
