What would you do? Strong experience in process governance, standardization, and operational excellence across global or multi-market environments.• Extensive experience in eCommerce operations, including managing complex digital ecosystems.• Proven track record of running a business function or leading teams that support multiple platforms and multilingual markets, including but not limited to marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa), and D2C platforms.• Hands-on experience working across the APAC market, with a strong understanding of regional operational nuances and market dynamics.• Proven ability to drive consistency across markets and manage end-to-end archetype workstreams.• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the capability to influence and collaborate with senior client and internal teams.• Hands-on experience in process mapping, template governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Ability to drive adoption of new tools, platforms, and ways of working across markets.• Exposure to automation, transformation programs, and defining business requirements/use cases.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.• Demonstrated experience in managing vendors, post-go-live operations, and change adoption.• Strong leadership capability with experience in managing large, cross-functional, and distributed teams.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex operational topics into clear business insights.•Automation & Transformation Support• Collaborate with Delivery Leads and Technology Transformation teams to define requirements and use cases for automation opportunities.• Proactively identify process improvement and digitization initiatives.
