Job Summary –

We are looking for a hands-on Avature Configuration Specialist to support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing improvement of our recruitment technology platform.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience working with Avature or a similar SaaS-based recruitment system, who enjoys translating business needs into smart, scalable system solutions.

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR systems will be highly regarded

Technical Skills:

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Avature (or similar ATS/CRM) modules including workflows, forms, fields, templates, roles, permissions, dashboards, and reports.
• Partner with Platform and Talent Acquisition teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Support enhancements, UAT testing, troubleshooting, and provide Level 2 support.
• Maintain documentation and support integrations with systems such as PeopleSoft and background check tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years hands-on experience with Avature OR another SaaS-based recruitment system such as Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, or Taleo.
• Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, system configuration, permissions, templates, and reports.
• Experience working in cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HRIS systems.
• Experience with integrations, data structures, reporting, and analytics.
• Exposure to HRIS, ATS, CRM, or Talent Management platforms.
• Experience with change management or system rollout projects.
