Deputy Branch Manager-Outbound-Branch Banking-Relationship Management
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Branch Manager-Outbound to lead and support the branch’s sales and service teams. The role involves driving business growth through CASA, third-party products, and asset sales, while ensuring high levels of customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a blend of sales and service orientation, and the ability to motivate and manage front-office staff effectively.
- Lead a team of outbound bankers.
- Drive sales of CASA, third-party products (TPP), and asset products through the team.
- Ensure consistent customer coverage, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor and enhance team productivity across assigned channels.
- Foster a culture of service excellence and customer-centricity.
- Support team members in achieving individual and branch-level business goals.
