Job Summary:

Manages delivery of Infor CloudSuite Industrial platform initiatives. Based in India, collaborating with teams across the US, India, and China. Drives project planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment to ensure CSI releases meet quality, timeline, and business goals.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Drive end-to-end project planning and execution for CloudSuite Industrial initiatives, ensuring deliverables align with product roadmap commitments and release schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across platform engineering, cloud operations, QA, and product management teams distributed across the US, India, and China.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, release planning sessions, and program-level syncs, keeping stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and decisions needed.
• Maintain the integrated project schedule, tracking dependencies, critical path items, and resource needs across concurrent CSI workstreams.
• Identify and proactively escalate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies, driving resolution to protect release timelines and quality targets.
• Partner with engineering leads, product owners, and architects to translate product requirements into actionable delivery plans with clear ownership and milestones.
• Support release readiness activities including quality gates, deployment coordination, and production validation in collaboration with cloud operations teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in an enterprise ERP, SaaS, or cloud platform environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, including experience bridging US and Asia-Pacific working hours.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Experience managing projects involving cloud-hosted enterprise applications, platform services, or ERP product releases.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects on schedule and within scope.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across several concurrent initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ERP domains such as manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution processes.
• Bonus points for experience with Infor products, CloudSuite Industrial, or SyteLine/CSI.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Any combination of PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
• Familiarity with enterprise release management, ITIL, or change management frameworks.
• Experience working within a multi-tenant cloud product organization serving industrial or manufacturing customers.
