Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

AI Application Development

• Design and build end-to-end AI applications using Python.
• Develop and implement:
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
  • Tool calling and MCP-based integrations
  • Agentic AI workflows
• Build applications leveraging text, image, and multimodal AI capabilities.

GenAI & LLM Engineering

• Work with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain.
• Implement effective prompt engineering techniques for optimizing LLM outputs.
• Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, and data sources.
• Design and implement agentic AI workflows and orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, Crew AI, or equivalent.
• Build and productionize ingestion, preprocessing, indexing, and retrieval pipelines for structured and unstructured data (text, tables, documents, images).
• Develop context-aware systems using embeddings and retrieval strategies.

Data & Retrieval Systems

• Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Implement document ingestion, indexing, and semantic search pipelines.
• Optimize retrieval quality and response relevance.

Multimodal AI

• Build applications that handle multiple data types (text, images, documents, etc.).
• Integrate multimodal models for enhanced user experiences.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with senior engineers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Continuously improve system performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Practical experience in building AI/ML or GenAI-based applications.

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Agentic AI / AI agents
  • RAG architectures
  • Tool calling and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Experience with LangChain or similar GenAI frameworks.
• Understanding of end-to-end AI application development lifecycle.

AI Engineering Skills

• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and integrations.

Additional Skills

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.

Good to Have

• Experience with multimodal AI models (text + image/video).
• Familiarity with LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of Docker or containerization.

Exposure to real-time or event-driven systems.
