About the Role:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently handle Meta Ads, Google Ads, ad budget management, and all key areas of digital marketing. If you have real hands-on experience running paid campaigns and delivering results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)

Handle ad budgets — allocate, monitor, and optimise spend to get the best ROI

Set up audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B test ad creatives and copies

Manage organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Track and analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Dashboard

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns

Support SEO activities — keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content planning

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — campaign setup, targeting, pixel, optimisation

Ability to manage and justify ad budgets and optimise for CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting

Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)

Familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
