We are looking for a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team immediately and scale our online presence.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Hyper-Local Lead Generation: Design and execute Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ad campaigns targeting parents and schools in specific neighborhoods across Hyderabad to generate HOT LEADS for our tuition points.
• App Marketing & Performance: Run targeted campaigns to drive downloads and user engagement for our learning app (CBSE/State Board videos & tests).
• B2B Campaign Support: Create digital outreach strategies (LinkedIn campaigns, Email marketing, WhatsApp automation) to target school principals and managements for B2B tie-ups.
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging daily content (reels, posts, posters) highlighting student success stories, IIT/NEET foundation benefits, and company milestones.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report the ROI of all paid campaigns daily. Constantly optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and ad spend.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing. (Prior experience in the Ed-Tech, Education, or Coaching institute sector is a huge plus).
• Tools Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Canva (for quick creatives), and WhatsApp Marketing tools.
• Languages: Understanding of Telugu and English culture/language nuance to create highly engaging regional ad copy for parents in Hyderabad.
• Skills: Strong understanding of custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and local radius targeting.
