- Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist (1 years experience)

Location

- Hyderabad (onsite) .

What you’ll do (shared)

- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.

- Create, edit, and schedule social media content (posts, carousels, short-form video reels).

- Support SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, and basic technical SEO checks.

- Monitor campaign performance, generate weekly/monthly reports, and suggest optimizations.

- Help with client communication, briefs, and creative ideation.

- Use analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Facebook Insights) to measure KPIs.

- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to meet client goals.

Role-specific expectations

Digital Marketing Intern

- Duration: 3–6 months .

- Learn and support paid and organic campaigns under mentorship.

- Create social media creatives using Canva or Adobe Spark.

- Assist in reporting and simple data analysis tasks.

- Ideal for students or fresh grads wanting hands-on agency experience.

- Stipend:stipend + certificate on completion.

Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist

- Experience: 1+ years (adjust depending on seniority level).

- Independently manage client campaigns end-to-end (strategy, execution, optimization).

- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic SEO.

- Strong command of content strategy and execution for short-form video (Reels, Shorts).

- Build and present performance reports; recommend growth strategies based on data.

- Expected to mentor interns and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Skills & requirements (must-have)

- Good written and verbal communication.

- Familiarity with social platforms, ad platforms, and basic analytics.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet deadlines.

- For experienced candidates: portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign performance.

Nice-to-have

- Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Blueprint.

- Tools: SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT or other AI content tools.

- Niche experience in finance or healthcare domains.
