Planet Green Infra is a leading real estate and agricultural development company specializing in premium plotted developments and farm projects. We are currently developing two flagship projects: Dates County (premium plotted development) and Farm Natura (sustainable farm plots), both designed to offer excellent investment opportunities and lifestyle experiences.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives for Dates County and Farm Natura projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

•      Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for both Dates County and Farm Natura projects

•      Manage and optimize campaigns across all digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

•      Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic

•      Lead social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content and managing brand presence across platforms

•      Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships

•      Manage digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve cost-per-lead targets

•      Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and provide regular reports with actionable insights

•      Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing qualified leads (MQLs) are effectively converted

•      Manage website content, landing pages, and ensure optimal user experience

•      Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate industry best practices

•      Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed

•      Develop creative campaigns and content strategies that resonate with target audiences

Required Qualifications

•      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

•      4-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property sector

•      Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms

•      Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)

•      Demonstrated track record of successful lead generation campaigns

•      Excellent understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization

•      Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

•      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•      Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

•      Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint certifications

•      Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)

•      Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management

•      Video content creation and editing skills

•      Experience in real estate marketing or property development sector
