Digital Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibility:

• Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
• Content & Social Media: Maintain an editorial calendar, manage social media platforms, and oversee content creation.
• Campaign Management: Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns (ROIs and KPIs) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Website Optimization: Collaborate with web teams to optimize user experience, landing pages, and conversion rates.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and work with Slaes executives , marketers to maintain brand consistency.
• Market Research: Identify trends and insights to adjust strategies, ensuring the company stays ahead of competitors.

Skills :

• Experience: Proven experience as a digital marketing manager (typically 3–5+ years).
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in online marketing tools, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CMS (like WordPress), and CRM software.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and team collaboration.
• Creativity: Ability to create engaging content and innovative campaigns
