Digital Marketing Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating customer leads, improving customer retention, and supporting overall business growth through digital marketing activities. The role includes managing online promotions, social media, advertisements, customer engagement, and store-wise marketing performance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Growth
- Generate new customer leads through digital platforms.
- Increase store walk-ins, pickup & delivery orders, and package sales.
- Promote all company services through online campaigns.
- Support store-wise revenue growth through local marketing activities.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage company social media accounts such as:
- Google Business Profile
- Post regular content related to:
- Services
- Offers & promotions
- Customer testimonials
- Service awareness
- Festival campaigns
- Improve customer engagement and brand visibility.
3. Google Reviews & Online Reputation
- Increase Google reviews and maintain positive ratings.
- Coordinate with store teams to request reviews from customers.
- Respond professionally to customer feedback and reviews.
- Monitor online reputation for all stores.
4. Digital Advertising
- Plan and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Generate leads and inquiries through paid campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Ensure proper usage of marketing budgets for better ROI.
5. WhatsApp, SMS & Customer Communication
- Run WhatsApp and SMS campaigns for offers and promotions.
- Send reminders, package details, and service updates to customers.
- Follow up with inactive customers to improve repeat business.
6. Website & SEO Management
- Maintain and update the company website regularly.
- Improve local SEO rankings for laundry and dry cleaning services.
- Ensure store information and contact details are updated online.
7. Customer Retention Activities
- Create loyalty and referral programs.
- Promote package renewals and repeat business.
- Improve customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
8. Coordination with Store & Operations Teams
- Work closely with studio managers and operations teams.
- Support stores in handling digital leads and customer inquiries.
- Monitor store-wise marketing performance and conversions.
9. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
- Leads generated
- Ad performance
- Google reviews
- Customer engagement
- Revenue contribution
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements.
