Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms
- Manage and scale paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and improve ROI
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to generate leads and sales
- Create engaging content for ads, social media, and websites
- Coordinate with design and sales teams for campaign execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Handle lead generation campaigns, especially for real estate (preferred)
- Maintain reports on campaign performance and budgets
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads campaign management
- Expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems (preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
