ROLE
You'll be joining the Corporate Engineering Digital and Marketing team as a Project Manager within the Delivery Management Office (DMO). We are here to deliver Programmes/Projects funded by Change investment serving multiple clients; CAM, D&A and Corporate Engineering. You will be a project lead for one or more projects coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure end to end delivery of business and technology led digital initiatives. You will need to work closely using the Change Framework, working with our PMO team, sponsoring business leaders and technical delivery teams including development, test, UX and architecture workstreams. We expect the ideal candidate to have experience with Waterfall and Agile (SAFE).

CORE SKILLS
• We require Hands-on experience of leading projects for 5+ years
• Strong understanding of traditional project management methodologies and frameworks including PRINCE2, PMP or alternatives and Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)!
• Strong Risk, Commercial and Dependency Management experience.
• Confident all-round communication capability, both written and verbal.

• Teamwork/collaboration skills, working in cross-functional teams.

• Able to work autonomously, prioritising their own work and multitask where need to ensure delivery achievements.

OTHER SKILLS

• Highly motivated individual with a positive pro-active approach to work.
• Knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable.

• Experience of Compliance related projects (Data Protection, Financial Regulatory, Architectural) is helpful.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.

• Essential to have: Clarity, SharePoint, Powerpoint, Excel, MS Project!

• Great to have: Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow. 
• Nice to have: Oracle, Fieldglass, Ariba
