Responsibilities

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RPA Manager with strong expertise in Blue Prism to lead automation initiatives, manage delivery teams, and drive intelligent automation across business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end RPA program delivery using Blue Prism, from process assessment to production deployment.
  • Manage and mentor RPA developers and analysts, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define automation roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and SDLC standards.
  • Oversee solution design, code reviews, and production support.
  • Track automation KPIs, benefits realization, and operational performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–12 years of overall experience, with 4+ years in RPA/Intelligent Automation.
  • Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Blue Prism (Design Studio, Object Studio, Control Room).
  • Experience in process assessment, PDD/SDD creation, and solution architecture.
  • Exposure to integrating RPA with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Blue Prism certification (Developer/Professional) preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and drive automation at scale.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on business outcomes.

Qualifications

Education : ME/MTech/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSC/BSC with min of 6+ Years of relevant experience.
