Responsibilities

Extensive experience in designing and developing end-to-end automation solutions to streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
Hands-on expertise in building Power Automate Cloud Flows and RPA Desktop Flows, including data extraction, process automation, and integration with multiple systems.
Strong experience in developing custom applications using Power Apps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps, with user-friendly UI and optimized performance.
.Proficient in integrating APIs (REST/SOAP) within Power Automate for real-time data processing, including working with external platforms like affiliate networks and third-party services.
.Proficient in custom development within the Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps) with a strong focus on UI/UX design.
.Hands-on experience in Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse tables.
.Skilled in creating Solutions, Entities, Forms, Fields, Charts, and Dashboards.
.Experienced in working with SQL Server, including stored procedures, data retrieval, transformation, and integration with Power Platform solutions.
.Worked on data processing and transformation using JSON, XML parsing, and dynamic schema generation within Power Automate workflows.
.Developed and maintained automated reporting solutions, including generating
CSV/Excel reports, dashboards, and scheduled notifications using Power Automate and Power BI.
.Experience in building business process automation solutions such as account lifecycle management, inactivity tracking, domain expiration monitoring, and notification systems.
.Strong understanding of error handling, logging, and exception management in automation workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.
.Worked on SharePoint Online and OneDrive integrations for document management, data storage, and workflow triggers.
.Experience in implementing role-based access control and security models across applications and workflows.
.Proven ability to analyse business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver projects in agile environments.
.Should have experience working with Copilot Studio, building and deploying AI- powered copilots to automate business processes and enhance user interactions.
.Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
.Ability to manage deadlines, handle multiple projects, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
.Good knowledge of Azure, including Azure AD for user authentication and integration. 

Qualifications

Education : ME/MTech/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSC/BSC with min of 4+ Years of relevant experience.
