Join our team as a Veeva Config Expert and play a key role in advancing engineering excellence across Digital R&D. You’ll contribute to shaping Sanofi’s global digital future, collaborating closely within our expanding Hyderabad hub.

About you

You are a certified and experienced Veeva configuration specialist with hands-on expertise across one or more Veeva Vault applications (e.g., RIM, Quality, Clinical, or Commercial). You bring strong technical knowledge, an understanding of GxP environments, and a collaborative mindset. You thrive in Agile settings and are motivated by continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Veeva Vault applications and SDKs based on business and functional requirements.

  • Analyze the impact of Veeva product releases (3x per year) and propose remediation or enhancement plans.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business partners to ensure alignment with Sanofi’s digital and regulatory standards.

  • Partner with the AIMS team to resolve incidents requiring Veeva expertise.

  • Document configurations, specifications, and system updates in JIRA, Confluence, or other approved repositories.

  • Ensure adherence to GxP compliance, validation, and quality guidelines.

  • Conduct peer reviews to maintain configuration quality and consistency.

  • Troubleshoot and debug configuration issues; recommend and implement best practices.

  • Stay updated on Veeva Vault enhancements, SDK developments, and emerging technologies relevant to regulated systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience configuring Veeva Vault applications in a regulated (GxP) environment.

  • Veeva Certification (Vault application(s)) is mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of Veeva configuration, lifecycle, objects, workflows, and security models.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Experience working in GxP-regulated environments and knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV).

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.

  • Understanding of software development, release management, and change control processes.

  • Experience developing or maintaining Veeva SDKs or custom integrations.

  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences domain is a plus.
