Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and delivery coordination.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily deliveries and dispatch activities
  • Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors regarding orders and updates
  • Maintain daily operational reports and delivery records
  • Track incoming and outgoing materials
  • Ensure smooth warehouse workflow and timely issue resolution
  • Follow up on pending deliveries and vendor requirements
  • RequirementsGood communication and coordination skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting, email updates)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
  • Experience in warehouse/logistics operations is preferred
  • Responsible and detail-oriented attitude
