Dispatch Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee all dispatch operations, including loading, unloading, documentation, and labor management. The candidate will ensure smooth and timely movement of goods while maintaining proper records and compliance with company standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end dispatch operations for finished goods
• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules
• Supervise loading and unloading activities
• Ensure proper handling and stacking of materials
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans, and documentation
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams
• Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate dispatch quantities
• Manage and supervise labor staff involved in loading/unloading
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources
• Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene in dispatch area
• Verify vehicle details and ensure timely dispatches
• Handle transporter coordination and resolve dispatch-related issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and FSSAI/food safety norms
