Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1) Conduct patient counseling.
2) Explain treatment plans .
3) Maintain patient follow-up calls, consultation records, and treatment coordination
4) Assist doctors during consultations and support clinical workflow management
5) Handle patient queries professionally and improve patient confidence .
6)Coordinate consent documentation, and appointment scheduling.
