Domain Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Domain Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs, enhance learners' technical and practical skills, and prepare candidates for industry-relevant job roles. The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, assessments, and ensuring successful candidate outcomes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
• Train candidates as per the prescribed curriculum and industry standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Monitor candidate attendance, performance, and progress.
• Conduct mock interviews, practical evaluations, and skill assessments.
• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
• Support students with career guidance and placement readiness.
• Coordinate with the training center team to ensure smooth batch operations.
• Ensure the training lab and equipment are properly maintained.
• Meet training quality standards and project timelines.
• EligibilityBachelor's Degree/Diploma in the relevant domain.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Domain Trainer or in the relevant industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of the assigned domain.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred SkillsGood classroom management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in vocational skill training is preferred.
• Knowledge of assessment and certification processes is an added advantage.
