Driver Cum Office Boy

Job Summary:The Driver-cum-Office Attender is responsible for providing safe and timely transportation services, along with assisting in routine office support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities : Driving Duties:

• Safely drive office vehicles for official purposes.
• Transport staff, guests, or materials as required.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, etc.).
• Maintain vehicle logbook and report any issues immediately.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.

Office Attender Duties:

• Assist in general office work (filing, photocopying, scanning).
• Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office.
• Handle courier and postal services.
• Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments when required.
• Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.

• Valid Driving License (LMV/Commercial as required).
• Proven experience as a driver.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to read and write basic English/local language.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
