Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled DTP & Data Entry Operator who is proficient in both English and Telugu typing. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing accuracy, strong formatting skills, and the ability to create well-structured educational materials such as class notes, presentations, worksheets, and documents without grammatical or typing errors.
- Key ResponsibilitiesType and format documents accurately in both English and Telugu.
- Prepare professional class notes, study materials, worksheets, question papers, and educational content.
- Create attractive and well-organized PowerPoint presentations (PPTs).
- Ensure all documents are properly structured with consistent formatting, headings, tables, images, and fonts.
- Proofread all content to eliminate spelling, grammar, punctuation, and typing errors.
- Convert handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents into editable digital formats.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity while meeting deadlines.
- Organize and manage digital files systematically.
- Follow company formatting guidelines and quality standards.
