• Upload and configure new product lines, descriptions, high-resolution imagery, size charts, and attribute mapping.
• Optimize product titles, keywords, and categorizations to boost search indexing and organic visibility.
• Maintain strict catalog compliance with Myntra’s brand and style guidelines.

Order Fulfillment & Inventory

• Monitor and process daily orders via the Myntra vendor/seller portal (such as VMS) ensuring zero SLA breaches.
• Keep real-time track of inventory levels across warehouses to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
• Handle and reconcile customer returns, RTOs (Return to Origin), and quality dispute claims.

Sales & Campaign Operations

• Plan and execute discount ladders, promotional pricing, and seasonal sale events (e.g., EORS - End of Reason Sale).
• Coordinate ad placements, sponsored listings, or banner campaigns coordinated through Myntra account managers.
• Track sales velocity, conversion rates, and inventory turn ratios using advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Account Health & Reporting

• Monitor overall account health metrics, penalty risks, and customer feedback ratings.
• Coordinate directly with Myntra support and category managers to resolve operational blocks.
• Generate regular performance analytics reports highlighting top-selling and slow-moving garment or lifestyle styles
