Job Description
Job Title: EBS Payroll – Functional (70-80% Functional + 20-30% Technical)
Location: Anywhere in India
Job Type: Full-Time
Minimum Experience: 12 years +
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Self Service, Payroll (EBS), Benefits knowhow.
US Payroll hands on are must.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage payroll-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll module.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement payroll solutions.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Document business processes and system configurations
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Payroll.
• Proven experience with 2-3 support projects.
• Proven experience with 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to flexible time shifts March mid to Oct end – 330PM to 1230AM || Nov to March Mid – 430PM to 130AM IST
• Expertise in Fast Formula.
• Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9.
• Experience with OA Framework (OAF) and personalization/customization of EBS modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) components and development standards.
• Knowledge of Oracle APIs and interface tables for data conversions and integrations.
• Good understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll business processes, statutory requirements, and configuration logic.
