Education Counsellor

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Education Counsellor to handle student enquiries, guide potential candidates about our fitness courses, and support the admissions process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands basic sales, and can build trust with students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for student enquiries

• Explain course details, fees, schedule, and career opportunities

• Follow up with leads and maintain proper tracking

• Schedule student visits to the academy

• Counsel students and help them choose the right course

• Convert enquiries into admissions (closing leads)

• Maintain lead data and update daily reports

• Coordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English + Telugu / Hindi preferred)

• Confident speaking and convincing ability

• Basic understanding of sales and follow-ups

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, calling tools)
