Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Education Sales Executive / Admissions Counsellor to join our Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students and parents, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into admissions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and parents on aviation careers, DGCA Ground Classes, and International Pilot Training Programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and nurture leads to maximise admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, admissions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate seminars, promotional campaigns, and student engagement events.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Provide outstanding customer service and represent the Airways Aviation brand professionally.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support business growth.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education sales, admissions counselling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
